It’s all horse sh*t. #cCc

California riders who share a love of horsemanship.

The Cali Cowboy Company is a riding club out of the Hansen Dam area, a diverse group of riders who share a love for the many different traditions of horsemanship, and the horse community. Affectionately nicknaming ourselves the Three Cees, which also stands for community, commitment and collaboration, we want all horse lovers to feel welcome in the horse community. Our motto is: All states, shapes, shades and gaits are welcome.

During the recent LA fires, the club found a new sense of purpose helping LAEC and Animal services organize and care for hundreds of displaced horses at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and the club is now CERT trained for future equine emergencies.

The 2025 LA fires & our time at Los Angeles Equestrian Center

During the recent LA fires, we mobilized as volunteers at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center after feeling helpless sitting at home. On site, we built a system for tracking every evacuated horse by name, evacuation origin, diet and medical needs, coordinating directly with Animal Services, LAEC staff, the Parks Department, convergent volunteers, and local nonprofits. The structure we helped create has now become a deployable model for equine-related fire emergencies—one that keeps animals safe, calm, and cared for, and frees owners to focus on protecting their homes and families.

PAST COMMUNITY EVENTS

RANCHO DE LOS MUERTOS

NOV 1st, 2025 @ Gibson Ranch

We had a beautiful turnout for our first RANCHO DE LOS MUERTOS event, co-hosted by our friends at Gibson Ranch. With over a dozen food, apparel, drink, and hat vendors, performances by local escaramuza riders, a 25-foot community altar, a local altar competition with a $3,000 prize, and a DJ going all night — we had a blast! Thank you to the 1,000+ people who came out for this cultural celebration and fiesta.

1st ANNUAL CEES GAMES
